Deborah J. Powers (nee Wilson)

Deborah Powers (née Wilson) enjoys singing and playing the piano with The Wilson Sisters; the performance arm of NorthJoy Music Inc. She studied piano and voice through the Grade 8 RCM level.

Serving as the piano accompanist for Esther on the violin, and a member of the piano duet team, Deborah enjoys collaborating with Esther and Marissa on various music endeavours.

Deborah is employed by the Ontario Public Service and currently works as a Manager in the Financial Operations Branch of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. She also serves as the volunteer accountant for NorthJoy Music Inc.

In September 2024, Deborah married Braeden Powers, a Chartered Professional Accountant employed by MNP. Deborah loves to serve, alongside her husband, at Berean Baptist Church in Sudbury, ON by playing the piano and helping with the children’s ministries. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
